A magical nature inspired raccoon skull to bring some earth into your home. This is handcrafted with a real raccoon skull, a bumble bee, boxwood leaves, evergreens, an Amethyst cluster, Rhodochrosite and natural copper. I wanted the skull to feel overgrown like it had been sitting for a while and has become one with nature. After it is built to my liking I put in my tank to be electroformed with copper for 2 days. The process of building one of these takes about 15 days from start to finish. The copper is given a nice vintage patina to pull out all of the little details and then it is sealed to help preserve the finish. I added an aditional touch by doing a green patina over all of the foliage and it really makes it pop! This would make a beautiful altar piece.
