Wear them, hold them during meditation, place them on your altar, or keep them near your body when you need an energetic boost or release. They can also be worn on the feet if you slip them on like a pair of flip flops between your big toe and second toe.

These are made with pure copper and can be adjusted. Gently squeeze them around your hand to tighten and shape. The spirals can be gently wound or unwound to adjust where the spiral sits on your palm. Because they are bare copper you can expect them to get a natural patina but they can be kept bright and shiny with a jewelry polishing cloth or other type of jewelry cleaner.
