Crystal Hair Fork
 
Handcrafted copper hair accessories made by me at home in my studio from the finest raw materials that mother nature has to offer. Sustainably harvested and crafted into fashionable heirloom quality works of art.
 
A stunning summer inspired hair fork made with a Labradorite stone, a real bee, leaves and natural copper. I wanted to create beautiful nature inspired accessories for your hair that can be used for special occasions or just everyday! After it is built to my liking I put in my tank to be electroformed with copper for 2 days. The copper is given a nice vintage patina to pull out all of the little details and then it is sealed to help preserve the finish (the fork parts are left unsealed). 
 
From top to bottom the hair fork measures about 6 inches long. 
 
If you are unsure of how to use one of these then I suggest you watch a youtube video. It's super easy to do but there is a little trick to it. 
 
Properties of Labradorite:
 
Labradorite was believed to have fallen from the Northern Lights above because of the beautiful flashes of color that you see just beneath the surface of the stone. Labradorite can illuminate your sense of wonder and tune you into spirit, nature and the natural rhythm of things. Labradorite helps you to focus on yourself and working on things within. Helps to awaken your inner consciousness.
